We propose 20 different cakes with different taste, color and form as an addition to the traditional yet popular éclairs and mille feuille.
We also make small dishes that goes well with drinks, something to order for festive occasions.

For the big weekends and festival seasons we always offer sweet things:
Bûche (christmas roll), in a cake version or frozen. Galette de roi with a luxury almond filling, chocolates and other sweets…
All our cakes are produced in our bakery.
Our leading value is to always provide good quality and respect the natural taste as well as only use natural ingredients. We don’t use any preservative, no added artificial flavour or colour.
If you want a cake with strong colours we find the solution by mixing colors from different food from our nature.
Chocolate is a seasonal product that we offer from November to Easter. We produce everything ourselves, we melt, we mould and we pack it well to sell in our shop.
We also do sweets in our workshop that we wrap and present in a nice way.
We produce, sell and export our speciality ‘Gateau Basque‘ all according to the chart agreed by the artisanal bakers in the Basque country.
